Dream interpretation

Dream interpretation workshop – ZOOM

Dream work is a profound practice for developing a fruitful dialogue between our conscious and unconscious minds in the arena of small group conversation. Through careful discussion of dream narratives, symbols, metaphors and structures, our groups engage collectively in dream interpretation that enriches our creative imagination. In fact, historical literary study affirms that dreams are emerging artworks that contribute to our health and wholeness. Even unsettling dreams carry valuable information from beyond our conscious awareness. They offer new ways of thinking that can balance our waking thoughts, goals, beliefs, and the challenges we are currently facing. (For specific examples, see our collection of sample dreams.)

Dream conversations function like jam sessions where dreamers, dream themes, and other contributors suggest and explore various interpretations. This process allows dreamers and other participants to identify the insights and connections that resonate most with their own personal lives.
