Mending & Tending:
Strengthen the Relationships That Matter

What Is Mending & Tending?
Every relationship has moments of misalignment—times when conversations feel off, someone interrupts or withdraws, or connection fades. These small moments, left unaddressed, can create distance.
Mending & Tending is a weekly 2-hour class designed to help you explore and repair these relational challenges. Through guided discussions, emotional insights, and roleplaying, you will:
✅ Identify where a relationship feels strained
✅ Understand emotions, thoughts, and behaviors affecting connection
✅ Experiment with new ways to communicate and rebuild trust
✅ Practice real-life scenarios in a supportive, confidential setting
Join us to strengthen your ability to mend old wounds and tend to relationships that matter.
